Does PIVOT offer translation services?

While PIVOT provides a powerful multilingual platform, we partner with accesszanü, our approved translation provider, to offer expert translation services.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Absolutely! Our plans are flexible. You can scale your subscription up during your annual subscription as your needs evolve, and our team will assist with the transition. If you need to downgrade, reach out to our team to figure out a solution.

What billing options are available?

We offer both annual and monthly billing. The annual plan costs $6,500 per year, saving 20% or an equivalent of 2 months free. We also offer the annual subscription amount broken down into monthly billing, which is $650 per month.

How many users can access the platform?

The Basic plan includes up to 5 users, and the Pro plan includes up to 15 users. For larger teams or Enterprise plans, we can customize user access based on your requirements.

What is included in the Enterprise Solutions?

Enterprise Solutions offer coverage for 50+ web pages, full-scale platform integrations, custom digital interface configurations, and a tailored plan built around your organization’s size and goals.

Is support included with all plans?

Yes! All plans include ongoing support and updates to PIVOT platform to ensure it runs smoothly and stays compliant with evolving language access standards.
